Receiving Coordinator

Pay: $22.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

This position serves as the hub between receiving, shipping, inventory tracking, and administrative support functions, ensuring materials are processed accurately, documentation is compliant, and operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate receiving, shipping, and administrative activities to support daily facility operations.
Utilize WIN Central and facility receiving systems to manage drum staging, profile access, and label printing.
Enter and maintain accurate data within WIN, Powersuite, Excel, and Outlook.
Process truck-to-truck documentation and maintain organized records.
Monitor and update trailer inventories and shared operational files.
Prepare outbound manifests, hazardous waste labels, shipping papers, and related documentation.
Enter laboratory data and track drum and bulk inventory within company systems.
Perform storage area scans and inventory verification activities.
Support compliance initiatives by maintaining accurate documentation and records.
Assist with filing, reporting, clerical functions, and special projects as needed.
Maintain housekeeping standards and manage supplies within assigned areas.
Follow all company policies, SOPs, environmental regulations, and safety requirements.
Support operational excellence through Clean Compliance standards and continuous improvement efforts.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in shipping, receiving, logistics, inventory control, or administrative support.
Experience working in a manufacturing, warehouse, industrial, transportation, or environmental services environment.
Familiarity with inventory management systems or data-entry platforms.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with frequent lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds.
Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and climbing.
Ability to climb ladders and safely access equipment and work areas.
Ability to operate forklifts and company vehicles as required.
Must be able to meet physical demands associated with an industrial work environment.
